Adult Workshops
Don’t let the kids have all the fun — ASP is excited to announce a great lineup of Shakespeare workshops for adults as well!
Whether you’re entirely new to the Bard, an early career artist looking to up your game, or a seasoned pro keeping your skills sharp, we’ll have an offering for you.
Join ASP Artistic Director Christopher V. Edwards this winter for three workshops for aspiring Shakespearean actors looking to hone their craft and connect more deeply with Shakespearean text — or any heightened text! Join us for one, or all three of these exciting workshops:

Whether you’re a total novice looking to start your stage combat journey, or an old pro looking for a refresher on the basics — Omar and Jesse will give you the toolbox to confidently and safely approach unarmed stage combat in your future.

Ever started to read Hamlet from cover-to-cover but were too intimidated and gave up? Dream of being the envy of swanky dinner parties by being able to recite monologues from As You Like It? Join Doug on a three-week examination of your assigned piece of verse text as he unlocks the secrets to Shakespeare in a way that participants of any experience level can understand.

Sunday, February 16 — 6:00-9:00pm
