Ticketing Policy
Each ticket constitutes a license from Actors’ Shakespeare Project to the purchaser. No ticket may be transferred or resold for any price above the purchase price printed on the ticket. By accepting a ticket, you are agreeing to the terms of this license.
Refunds/Returns/Exchanges
We regret there can be no ticket refunds or exchanges (except the latter for subscribers), even in the event of inclement weather. If you choose to return your ticket, we will count it as a donation to ASP and send you appropriate documentation. All programs, dates, and artists are subject to change.
Wait Lists
For sold out shows, we will begin a waitlist at the venue exactly one hour prior to the performance. Unused tickets will be sold to patrons on the wait list as they become available. There is no guarantee that there will be any unused seats at a sold out performance.
Releasing Seats
Complimentary tickets that are not collected by 15 minutes prior to curtain will be released for sale. All other tickets will be held 15 minutes past the start of a production. If not claimed after 15 minutes, the tickets will be voided and opened for resale.
Late Seating
Late seating is at the discretion of the house managers. Depending on the venue, latecomers may have to wait until a designated time that minimizes distraction to the cast and audience to enter the house. Please schedule plenty of time to allow for traffic, parking, or other unexpected delays.
Audience Services
ASP’s Audience Services team is here to answer any questions you might have about subscriptions, group tickets, the venue, registering for events, etc.
- Please note that we do not sell single tickets ourselves; that must be done through our website or by calling 866.811.4111.
