Wait lists and no-show policy for sold-out weekend

Posted on Friday, November 4, 2016:

We have only a handful of seats left for Saturday night’s Hamlet! All other shows this weekend are sold out!

Two things you need to know:

1. If you have tickets and encounter any last-minute schedule changes, or if a member of your party can’t join you, please email boxoffice (at) actorsshakespeareproject.org A.S.A.P. The unused ticket will count as a donation to ASP and we will release the seat for resale.

Any tickets not claimed at Will Call by 10 minutes before curtain will be released and resold unless you contacted us at boxoffice (at) actorsshakespeareproject.org to tell us you are running late, and your estimated arrival time.

2. We are activating Wait Lists for all of this weekend’s shows, starting with tonight’s performance. How it works:

  • If you don’t have a ticket, come to the Church of the Covenant one hour before curtain, and put your name on a list at our Will Call table.
  • Five minutes before curtain, our House Managers will sell tickets to and seat as many patrons as possible on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • We cannot guarantee we can seat you, but we will do our best!
